How to use my Bonus Point?

1 bonus point = 1 USD. You will find two payment options while checking out: "PayPal and Credit Card" and "Pay by bonus points".You may use your bonus points by choosing "Pay by bonus points" option while checking out. Restriction: The bonus you use may not be more than 25% of the total order amount.

For example, if you made a 5000G order, please put 5 items there. We will buyout your items after we have gathered the gold - sometimes we might make several partial deliveries - and will notify you after we have fully delivered your order.

Note 1: Please make sure put the same item name on the AH. Please put your items onto the AH before checking out because sometimes we might make delivery right after receiving your payment. If we fail to find your auction items, the order might be paused and you will have to contact us to activate the order.

Delivery & Refund

1) How it Works: You place an order => WOWAHService then lists your order at a page where numerous other gamers can see what you desire => the gamers then tick that they can supply what you demand => They make delivery by buying out the items you put on the AH(sometimes you might receive several partial deliveries) => WOWAHService pays them and send you a notification after your order has been fully delivered.

2) Delivery ETA: WOWAHService makes no claim of guaranteed instant delivery for we hate false advertisement. Instead, we display our past delivery performance for all of our customers to examine for themselves:

3) Delivery Method - Deliver via Auction House Buyout: Please list several(according to the amount of gold you are ordeing) cheap items on the auction house, set the buyout price 2000G for each item and duration as 48hours. For example, if you are making a 30000G order, just list 15 items there before checking out. The gamers will make delivery by buying out your items. Sometimes you might receive several partial deliveries.

Note 1: Please make sure list the same item name on the AH. The item name and char name you give us should be exactly correct. For example, do not change Snowball to Snowballs or Snow Ball. Make sure the buyout price is 2000G for each. Please list your items on the AH before checking out because sometimes the delivery might happen right after receiving your payment. Failing to find your auction items will lead to a pause of your order and you will have to contact us to resume the order.
